About Tunnel Master Express Car Wash

WE HAVE UNLIMITED MONTHLY WASH CLUB & SINGLE MENU!

VACUUMS ALWAYS FREE!

Located at 20509 S Western Ave, Torrance, CA 90501, Tunnel Master Express Car Wash operates as a car wash serving Torrance in California. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Body shops repair collision damage, dents, rust and paint, and most work directly with insurance companies: you can choose any shop, not only the insurer's preferred one, and the shop will write a supplement if hidden damage turns up. Paintless dent repair fixes hail and door dings without repainting. Detailing shops clean and protect interiors and paint, from a basic wash-and-wax to ceramic coatings and paint protection film. Car washes range from self-service bays to express tunnels with monthly memberships. Upholstery shops repair seats, headliners and convertible tops, and restoration shops bring classic and collector cars back to original or custom condition.

Torrance is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Torrance is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Best service and prices anywhere for a car wash and the vacuum is free and very powerful suction and the employees are very helpful and hospitable well mannered, I highly recommend this car wash.

I arrived at this car wash today at 6:45 PM, well before the posted closing time of 8:00 PM, only to find the wash already coned off and closed. There was no signage or notice indicating an early closure, and no staff present to provide clarification. If you’re going to post operating hours, please honor them or update them to reflect actual closing times. It’s frustrating to drive out of the way and find the service unavailable well before the stated time. I understand prep and clean-up may be needed, but customers should not be turned away over an hour early without clear notice. I hope management considers making the operating hours more transparent to avoid wasting others’ time.

The drying/towel feature at the end of the wash broke off my bike rack. Had to go onto the car wash tracks to retrieve the pieces. They informed me they can’t even give me a $14 refund but only a couple free washes. Definitely don’t recommend this car wash facility.

Well, used to love this car wash. Not anymore. Ripped my antenna off, destroyed it and bent my fender. This $17 wash will end up costing me $2K now. All they had to say was “you come at your own risk”. Thanks for that.
